Projects

Creative Education for Culturally Diverse Communities (2026, forthcoming). A book chapter synthesising seven creative education initiatives across 2014–2025 to develop transferable frameworks for teaching creativity in culturally diverse communities.

Unleashing Creativity: Strategies for Growing Western Sydney's Creative Industries (2024). Co-authored major policy report translating research into government action. The report directly shaped the Western Sydney Plan for Arts, Culture, and Creative Industries 2025–2028.

Mapimo Digital Platform (2019–2024). Co-created an emotion mapping platform designed to give marginalised communities — including refugee and First Nations groups — a genuine voice in planning and development decisions. Adopted by multiple organisations and featured at Powerhouse Late: Climate and COP28 in 2023.

Burrow Design Studio (2014–2023). Founded and led an award-winning community engagement initiative delivering 100+ partnership projects with 40+ organisations across health, arts, local government, and community sectors. Developed 800+ emerging creative professionals and achieved 99% student satisfaction.

Reframing our Creative Histories: Garage Graphix and the Untold Histories of Western Sydney (2022–2023). Participatory research project preserving a groundbreaking community arts legacy through intergenerational engagement — connecting original artists with emerging practitioners and establishing a model for ethical community-engaged research practice.
